Ethical AI and Unified Messaging Foundations

Inspecta’s AI is designed for augmentation, not deception. All AI-generated communications must be clearly identifiable or maintain human-in-the-loop oversight to ensure accuracy and empathy.

Automated messaging channels must respect the "Recipient's Sanctuary." This includes strictly honoring opt-out requests within 24 hours and maintaining communication only during sanctioned business hours relative to the recipient's timezone.

sms Messaging & Communications Usage

All messaging conducted through Inspecta's platform must comply with the following rules to maintain A2P 10DLC compliance and protect channel integrity for all users.

block

No Snowshoeing or Number Rotation

Distributing message traffic across multiple phone numbers to evade carrier rate limits or filters is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines of $10,000 per instance imposed by carriers and immediate account termination.

block

No Content Drift

Message content must remain consistent with the registered campaign description and approved samples. AI-generated messages must not deviate from the declared use case. Carrier AI systems monitor content in real-time and will flag or block non-conforming messages.

block

Mandatory Brand Identification

Every message must clearly identify the sending brand (Inspecta or the client brand name). Anonymous or misleading sender identification is prohibited under TCPA and A2P 10DLC regulations.

block

Opt-Out Compliance

All messages must include or honor opt-out mechanisms. The STOP keyword must be processed immediately and automatically. Sending messages to users who have opted out is a violation of federal law (TCPA) and will result in immediate suspension.

block

Consent-Only Messaging

Messages may only be sent to recipients who have provided explicit, individual opt-in consent. Shared leads, purchased contact lists, or scraped phone numbers are prohibited. Each brand must obtain its own independent consent per the FCC One-to-One rule.
