01 Introduction
Welcome to Inspecta ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inspecta’s professional lead management architecture, including our platform, APIs, and associated services.
By accessing or using our services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. Our relationship is strictly B2B, designed for professional enterprise environments where data integrity and architectural authority are paramount.
02 User Obligations
As a user of the Inspecta platform, you represent and warrant that:

- check_circle All data provided for lead management processing is obtained in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- check_circle You will maintain the confidentiality of your administrative credentials and structural access tokens.
sms SMS, Messaging & Communications
Consent for Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in through our web forms, verbal confirmation, or written consent, you agree to receive communications from Inspecta via the following channels:
- check_circleSMS/MMS/RCS: Transactional messages, appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing communications.
- check_circleWhatsApp Business: Customer support, notifications, and engagement messages via WhatsApp Business API.
- check_circleEmail: Newsletters, product updates, and transactional communications.
- check_circleAI-Powered Voice: Automated voice calls for lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and customer follow-up.
Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, preferences, and the services you have opted into. Inspecta does not charge for messages sent to you; however, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your telecommunications provider.
Opt-Out Rights
You may revoke your consent to receive communications at any time through the following methods:
- cancelSMS: Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications.
- cancelWhatsApp: Use the "Unsubscribe" action or send "STOP" to the Inspecta business number.
- helpAssistance: Reply HELP to any SMS for support, or contact support@inspecta.site.
All opt-out requests are processed immediately and automatically. In compliance with Virginia SB 1339, records of opt-out requests are retained for a minimum period of 10 years.
Regulatory Compliance
All messaging activities conducted through Inspecta's platform comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FCC One-to-One consent rule (effective January 27, 2026), and all applicable state regulations including Texas SB 140 and Virginia SB 1339. Our messaging infrastructure is registered under the A2P 10DLC framework through The Campaign Registry (TCR) and operates through verified, registered campaigns. Consent is obtained individually for each brand in compliance with the FCC prohibition on shared-lead consent models.
03 Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Inspecta and its licensors. Our "Digital Bastion" architecture, including proprietary algorithms, UI patterns, and tonal architecture, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Inspecta. You retain all rights to the lead data you upload, granting us only the necessary license to process said data for your specific architectural needs.
04 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INSPECTA AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
INSPECTA AI ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICE.
05 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
